• We won’t oversell you.  We believe in simplicity, not complexity.
• We load each computer with full annual subscriptions of NOD 32 Antivirus. There is no other antivirus software that matches NOD 32 for protection.  We send you a notice when NOD32 is up for renewal and provide you with easy instructions.
• We offer remote computer repair and troubleshooting from the comfort of your home, wherever you live.
• We believe in listening and educating our clients.  We won’t speak in an elite language that leaves you bewildered.
• We won’t load trial versions of software that suddenly stop on you and force you to pay big bucks for something you believed you purchased along with your computer.
• We are skilled, energetic, thoughtful and courteous. 
• We authentically practice good service.
• We enjoy solving your technology problems.
• We transfer your data and get you right back on your feet.
• We like what we do and how we do it.  We don’t want to be a Dell, HP, Compaq, or Gateway.  We won’t hide from our responsibilities, give you the run-around or sell you lousy products just to make a buck.  We’re all in the same boat and that means a lot to us.
