Warranty Information

Servers, Tachyon, and Ion computers:
We provide a full three year warranty on parts and labor for hardware failures on your computer. A full 1 year warranty comes with your computer for the power supply and fans. To keep your warranty you must bring in your computer for its free bi-monthly cleaning, failure to do so will void your power supply and fan warranty.

Operating systems and software cannot be warranted.

Repair work must be done at our facilities.

If you are living or traveling away from Loveland, Colorado
we require that you pay for shipping. Please insure your packages.

(All monitor warranties must be handled solely the by the owner.)

Preon computers:
We provide a full 1 Year warranty on all parts and labor for any hardware failures on your computer.
