The computer is then diagnosed and reviewed for problems. We give candid recommendations on which upgrades are needed or what choices are practical for operating systems and hardware.

Remote Repairs -

Our technicians remotely repair your computer while you watch!  We offer secure remote repairs for most problems, as long as you can get online and your operating system is up and running. Some of the problems we cannot fix remotely are: networking, hardware issues, browser issues, .net framework, or non-bootable Windows.
