Charges:

We have invested in this remote access technology to assist our clients.

Our cost for this service is $25.00 for the first 15 minutes - $1.50 for each additional minute after the 15 minute minimum. (i.e. 25 minutes is $40.00)

A session is defined by a phone or computer connection with a technician.

Security:

This is a 128 bit encryption connection. We are able to access your computer only if you invite us in. Upon completion of the session the application installed on your computer will be destroyed.
